The public institution Lithuanian Innovation Centre (LIC) is a non-profit organization, providing innovation support services to enterprises, research institutions, industry associations and business support organizations.

The main offered services are:

• IRC (Innovation Relay Centre) Network helps enterprises, research institutes, universities, technology centers and innovation agencies to transfer technologies and find partners for technological cooperation in Europe;
• Advisory consultancy services on the absorption of EU Structural Funds while developing and implementing innovation, research and development projects;
• Evaluation of company innovativeness;
• Participation and implementation of various European research and development projects.

While achieving its goals LIC provides public (free of charge) innovation support services and promotes innovation culture in Lithuania.
