SPORTS, WELLNESS AND RECREATIONAL COMPLEX IN JONAVA TOWN

Description of the Project

Jonava District Municipality implements project of renovation and construction of Sports, wellness and recreational complex in Jonava Town. Aim of the project is to improve conditions for sportsmen and residents of Jonava going in for sports; to make this complex suitable to the disabled; to make the Complex suitable for active recreation and development of service-sectors. During the Project:

• Sports and wellness complex will be built. It will include all-purpose hall with 2000 seats; a 25 meters long swimming pool with 4 – 6 swimming lanes; residential block with 60 bed spaces; a fitness room; an eating – house; consulting – rooms for diagnostics and treatment; an administrative premises.
• The existing stadium will be reconstructed.
• The recreational complex will be built.

Currently the detailed plan of the territory of the Sports, wellness and recreational complex is being prepared. Furthermore, architectural part of the technical project also is being prapared.

Jonava District Municipality will organize renovation of the stadium and construction of all-purpose sports hall.Jonava District Municipality is searching for investor to the whole Complex or only some part of it.
