The territory is intended for the construction of recreational arena (the main purpose of the use of the land plot – territory for building, installation and exploitation of leisure and tourism information centres, recreational centres, concert, exhibition, theatre and other commercial objects).

Description/condition of the land plot. The land plot was formed for purposes of public recreation. It is State demesne and is operated by Raseiniai district municipality, and by the decision of the Council of Raseiniai district municipality can be leased by auction.  The territory is located in the pinewood near the Prabauda pond. The land plot borders with Vilniaus street which connects with Zemaiciu road leading from Raseiniai Town to Kaunas City. 

Suitability for tourism and environmental requirements. The land plot is suitable for tourism. Environmental requirements have been established during the detailed planning of the land plot. The land plot falls under visual protection zone of immovable cultural value Raseiniai Mound in which buildings of light-weight construction not higher than 7 m can be built.  

Types of companies located nearby: companies of civil engineering and maintenance are located nearby.

  • Motorway Vilnius-Kaunas-Klaipėda – 8 km;
  • Vidukles Railway Station – 17 km;
  • Kaunas International Airport – 120 km;
  • Klaipeda State Seaport – 130 km.

Infrastructure of the land plot:

  • Water supplies, capacity/connection conditions. There is possibility to connect to the nearby water-supply system.
  • Electricity, capacity/connection conditions: there is a possibility to connect to electric lines that are in the land plot.
  • Sewerage, capacity/connection conditions: connection to municipal sewerage is possible.   
  • Possibilities to use public transport: intercity buses run by the land plot.

Additional information. Next to the land plot described above there is a free State demesne (approximately 27 ha, 3,2 ha whereof are covered by the Prabauda pond.), in which recreational and sports zone is being planned. The precise location of infrastructure, boundaries of the zones and their mode of usage will be determined during the detailed planning of the land plot in 2009.
