REAL ESTATE TAX FOR YEAR 2007 (established by Resolution No TS-342 of the Council of Kedainiai District Municipality on 20-07-2006):

• For real estate of commercial use – 0,8 % or 1 % of the taxable value of buildings and structures;
• For real estate of residential purpose and for garden-plots and garages (except industrial garages) – 0,8 % of the taxable value of buildings and structures;
• For engineering constructions, other real estate that was not listed above and for real estate indicated in first article that is not actually used – 1 % of the taxable value of buildings and structures.

LAND RENT RATE FOR STATE DEMESNE (established by Resolution No TS-217 of the Council of Kedainiai District Municipality on 22-06-2007)

When the land plot is not rented by the auction:

• For the land plot of agricultural purpose and for land used by garage partnerships – 1,5 % of the indexed value of the land;
• For land plots of household domain – 1,5 % of the indexed value of the land;
• For the land of other purpose if lease agreements are concluded and registered in the state company Register Center – 1,5 % of the indexed value of the land;
• For the land of other purpose if lease agreements are not concluded or if lease agreements are concluded but are not registered in the state company Register Center – 4,0 % of the indexed value of the land.

When the land plot is rented by the auction the initial price of the rent of 1 ha is from 6 % of the value of a land.

UTILITY COSTS:

• Water supply rate excluding VAT (established by Resolution No TS-458 of the Council of Kedainiai District Municipality on 27-10-2006): for legal entities – 2,05 Lt/m³.
• Waste water deposition rate excluding VAT when pollution does not exceed permissible concentrations (established by Resolution No TS-458 of the Council of Kedainiai District Municipality on 27-10-2006): for legal entities – 2,89 Lt/m³.
• Waste water treatment rate excluding VAT, when pollution does not exceed permissible concentrations (established by Resolution No TS-458 of the Council of Kedainiai District Municipality on 27-10-2006): for legal entities – 1,44 Lt/m³.
• Heat is supplied by three suppliers:
• “Panevezio energija”, Corp. – 15,13 ct/kWh (established by Resolution No 03-46 of National Control Commission for Prices and Energy on 29-06-2007);
• JSC “Izobara” – 15,84 ct/kWh;
• JSC “Stiloma” – 15,84 ct/kWh (established by Resolution No BD-7/3-18 of the Council of Kedainiai District Municipality on 12-09-2003).
