LAND RENT RATE FOR STATE DEMESNE (established by Resolution No T3-78 of the Council of Prienai District Municipality on 28-06-2007)

When the land plot is not rented by the auction (before signing of lease or sale-purchase agreement):

• For the land plot of agricultural purpose – 1,5 % of the indexed value of the land;
• For land of household domain – 2,0 % of the indexed value of the land;
• For the land of other purpose – 2,5 % of the indexed value of the land.

UTILITY COSTS:

• Water supply rate excluding VAT (established by Resolution No 225 of the Council of Prienai District Municipality on 30-05-2001): for legal entities – 1,31 Lt/m³;
• Waste water deposition and treatment rate excluding VAT (established by Resolution No 225 of the Council of Prienai District Municipality on 30-05-2001): for legal entities – 3,44 Lt/m³;
• Heat supply rate: 22,14 ct/kWh;
• Waste collection rates (established by Resolution No 67 of the Council of Prienai District Municipality on 09-07-2003): 20 Lt (including VAT) for collection and disposal of 1 m³ of unpicked household waste.
