REAL ESTATE TAX FOR YEAR 2007 (established by Resolution No (1.1)-TS-245 of the Council of Raseiniai District Municipality on 27-07-2006):

• For real estate in the territory of Raseiniai District Municipality – 0,6 %  of the taxable value of real estate;
• For unusable real estate in the territory of Raseiniai District Municipality – 1,0 %  of the taxable value of real estate.

LAND RENT RATE FOR STATE DEMESNE (established by Resolution No (1.1)-TS-203 of the Council of Raseiniai District Municipality on 29-05-2008)

When the land plot is not rented by the auction:

• For the land plot of agricultural purpose and household domain – 1,5 % of the value of the land;
• For land of non-agricultural purpose – 2,5 % of the value of the land;
• For the enterprises that are not registered in Raseiniai District Municipality, for land of non-agricultural purpose – 3,75 % of the value of the land.

When the land plot is rented by the auction, the land rent rate is equal to the maximum rent price tendered in the auction.

UTILITY COSTS

• Water supply rate excluding VAT (established by Resolution No (1.1)-TS-62 of the Council of Raseiniai District Municipality on 23-03-2006):
• Supply of cold water for other consumers for technical purposes – 2,27 Lt/m³;
• Sale-price for other consumers:
• when diameter of the meter is 32 – 4,99 Lt for meter per month,
• when diameter of the meter is 40 – 8,31 Lt for meter per month,
• when diameter of the meter is 80 – 33,24 Lt for meter per month.
• Waste water treatment rate for other consumers excluding VAT, when pollution does not exceed permissible concentrations (established by Resolution No (1.1)-TS-62 of the Council of Raseiniai District Municipality on 23-03-2006): 3,26 Lt/m³.
• Heat supply rate excluding VAT (established by Resolution No 03 of National Control Commission for Prices and Energy on 29-08-2008):
• Price of the heat supplied to the buildings – 22,72 Lt/m³;
• Sale-price of the heat – 5,61 Lt/month for one consumer.
• General waste collection rate hasn’t been fixed in Raseiniai District Municipality yet. There are 5 companies in Raseiniai District providing waste collection services, and the waste collection rates for enterprises are as follows:
• JSC “Raseiniu komunalines paslaugos” – 24,57 Lt/ m³;
• JSC “Ariogalos komunalines paslaugos” – 15,51 Lt/ m³;
• JSC “Vidukles komunalinis ukis” – 24,17 Lt/ m³;
• JSC ”Pagojuku komunalinis ukis” – 21,43 Lt/ m³;
• JSC “Girkalnio komunalinis ukis” – 14,15 Lt/ m³.
