In order to register a company, a businessman has to present documents concerning premises for business. Information about premises may be found in:

• List of available premises prepared by local municipalities. Such lists are printed in regional and local newspapers, provided in websites of municipalities;
• Business incubators. For start-ups they offer rent of premises on favourable terms;
• Advertisements about premises for sale or rent in local newspapers;
• Real estate agencies;
• Real estate data bases.

 Purchase of premises

Companies may purchase privatized state or municipality owned premises. There are two ways to purchase state or municipality owned premises: public auction or direct negotiations. Public auctions and direct negotiations are organized by the State Property Fund or property privatization institutions at municipalities.
